Eventually, he began appreciating the new environment, and he started to get along with others. The movie indicates concepts of global management and tricks to overcome hurdles such as diversities regarding culture as well as dynamism among individuals when an organization is in transition. Todd indicated positive sense when he relocated to India. At first, he was timid to move for fear of cultural differences.
